Welcome to the construction information site for Minto’s The Saint condominium,  which is being built at the corner of Church Street and Lombard Street in downtown Toronto’s St. Lawrence Market Neighbourhood.

This site will provide updates and information on construction activity during the construction period.

We expect site work to get underway at the end of the end of July or early August 2020. Prior to the commencement of work we will be posting information about what you can expect and the impacts, if any, on the surrounding neighbourhood. Our job is to provide factual, timely and usable information. We are also hear to respond to all non-emergency enquiries about the construction of The Saint. We look forward to being of service.
