Demolition of 97 & 99 Church Street begins August 10.
The abatements on the existing building at 97 and 99 church were completed this week.
Demolition of the building will begin to take place on Monday, August 10. This will be a combination of demolition and removal by hand and machine equipment.
This work will continue for the next few weeks and further updates will be provided as it progresses.

Additional work on site:
The additional daylighting (eposure for review and inspection) of utilities on the sidewalk may take place next week or in near future along Church Street and in one location on Lombard Street. During this process pedestrian traffic will be safely directed off the sidewalk to a clearly marked walkway.
