Demolition Progresses at The Saint construction site.
The next phase of the demolition at 97 and 99 church is about to get underway. Machinery will be arriving on site, as soon as late this afternoon. Some machine assisted demolition may start as early as Friday. Though we expect the main bulk of the work to get underway on Tuesday, September 8th, after the holiday weekend.
This work will continue through mid-September. In our next updates we will provide more detail as the work progresses.

There still may be additional daylighting (exposure for review and inspection) of utilities on the sidewalk in the coming week along Church Street and in one location on Lombard Street. When this work is underway pedestrian traffic will be safely directed off the sidewalk to a clearly marked walkway.
