Excavation progresses at the Saint construction site.
Work is now proceeding below grade or street level. Excavators are digging out soil from the site, with trucks arriving to take loads of soil away. Shoring is clearly visible in the photos (above and below). The shoring system ensures the edges of the site are held in palce as digging and excavation continues.
- There is no Saturday work this week.
- As we work further down below grade, we will be installing a stair tower. This means there should be less dust going forward.
Hours of work will generally be 7 AM through to 5 PM but may go later if required.
