Preparing for the next phases of work at The Saint.
Work is progressing steadily at the Saint construction site. Crews are doing preparatory work at the base of the site prior to mobilization of several contractors. The site crew will be offloading material and equipment, as part of this pre-mobilization.
Currently the site crew is employing a variety of techniques to provide waterproofing at the lowest level of the site.
The stair towers that provide worker access to the lower level are being extended and moved to better accommodate the current set of tasks.
The crane will be in operation as required. The arc of its swing is entirely within the site and it does encroach on any adjacent properties.
NOTE: There will be no work on site this Saturday, July 24.
Work Hours
Work will continue to start at 7 am on weekdays this week.
The time work ends each day may vary but will generally remain within the standard City of Toronto construction hours.
