Site work this Saturday, September 10, 2022. 

Construction highlights:

There will be a crew on site tomorrow, Saturday, September 10, doing a a variety of housekeeping work and preparation work for the coming week. We do not expect that they will stay later than early afternoon.

Overview of the week of September 12th:

The main focus of the coming week will be decking the 4th floor level. This will involve a significant amount of rebar (steel) and concrete work. We do not expect there to be any late evening work. 

Deliveries will be ongoing through the week on a regular basis:

• Rebar (steel) deliveries from flatbed trucks.
• Concrete deliveries to support pouring throughout the week. 

The rolling scaffolding remains in us, with site crew traffic assistance, and Paid Duty Officers, as required. If you have questions or concerns about any impacts on pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic please get in touch with us at contact@thesaintconstruction.info.

NOTE: The proposal to close pedestrian access to the north side of Lombard, and a City-standard, controlled crosswalk, just east of the site is being refined and will be reviewed by City Staff, and then the Councillor’s office. We may have update on this process at the September Construction Liaison Meeting. 

The next Construction Liaison Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 22, at 3 pm via ZOOM.
