Site work this Saturday, October 1, 2022.

Construction highlights:

There will be a crew on site tomorrow, Saturday, October 1, doing a variety of housekeeping work and preparation work for the coming week. We do not expect that they will stay later than early afternoon.

Overview of the week of October 3:

The main focus of the coming week completing the 4th floor level of the tower and preparing for the next set of work on the 5th floor level. We do not expect there to be any late evening work.

We expect regular deliveries to be ongoing through the week on a regular basis:

  • Rebar (steel) deliveries from flatbed trucks.
  • Forming material.
  • Concrete deliveries.

The rolling scaffolding remains in us, with site crew traffic assistance, and Paid Duty Officers, as required. If you have questions or concerns about any impacts on pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic please get in touch with us at

NOTE: The proposal to close pedestrian access to the north side of Lombard, and a City-standard, controlled crosswalk is being reviewed by City staff.

The next Construction Liaison Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 27, at 3 pm via ZOOM.
