Work at the Saint moves to Level 40.
Saturday Work
A crew will be on site this Saturday, January 13 doing a variety of tasks.
Current Construction Status
- Concrete work on Level 39 is almost complete.
- Curtain Wall installation has reached the 26th floor.
- Window Wall installation remains on the 22nd floor.
- Elevators for the the internal tower core service have been delivered.
- The Hoist (external construction elevator) was be raised to Level 36 last week.
This week’s construction outlook, Jan 8 – 13:
- Work on Level 40 is slated to be completed by the end of the week.
- Curtain Wall window installation remains active on Level 27
- Window Wall window installation remains active on Level 22 & possibly Level 23.
- Corridor stud installation will be active on Level 20.
- Interior suite stud installation will be active on Level 9 and 10.
Crane Lights
We were advised over the weekend that the Crane Lights were on overnight. Minto’s construction management team apologizes for the inconeneince this may have caused. The reason for this is being investigated. A potential flaw with the swtiching mechanism is being examined.
Deliveries this week of Janaury 3 – 6:

We expect up to three (3) Concrete deliveries this week.

We expect two (2) Steel (rebar) delivery this week.

We expect one or two drywall deliveries this week.

We expect two (2) window deliveries this week.

There may also be one (1) carpentry delivery this week.
- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Next Construction Liaison Meeting
