Current Construction Status
- Concrete work has been completed for Level 48.
- The Curtain Wall installation is complete to Level 39.
- Window Wall installation is complete to Level 34.
- NOTE: Toronto Hydro’s work to connect the site to the permanent power supply has been completed.
This week’s construction outlook, April 22 – 26:
- Work continues on Level 49.
- Curtain wall on level 40, and window wall on 35.
- The Hoist (external construction elevator) is being raised again this week.
- Corridor studs are being installed on Level 27, and Sute studs are being installed on Level 17.
- Tile is being installed on Level 6, Kitchens on Level 6, Countertops on Level 5.
- Drywall and carpentry work is ongoing through the building.
Deliveries the week of April 22 – 26:
- 2 rebar (steel) deliveries.
- Concrete deliveries at 2-3 per week, for small concrete pours on Level 49.
- 2 drywall deliveries.
- 1 kitchen delivery.
- 2 window deliveries.
- 1 carpentry deliveries.
- 1 tile delivery.
- 1 countertop delivery.
- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
