UPDATED – Construction Liaison Meeting – Thursday, May 2 at 3 pm.
Saturday Work:
- Once again, work crews will be on site Saturday, April 27 doing a variety of tasks to set up the following week’s work plan.
Current Construction Status
- Concrete work has been completed for Level 48.
- Curtain Wall installation is complete to Level 41.
- Window Wall installation is complete to Level 39.
- Corridor studs complete to Level 28.
- Suite studs complete to Level 20.
- Tile complete to Level 8.
- Kitchens complete to Level 6.
- Countertops complete to Level 5.
This week’s construction outlook, April 29 – May 3:
- Work continues on Level 49.
- Curtain wall on level 42, and window wall on 40.
- The Hoist (external construction elevator) is being raised again this week.
- Corridor studs are being installed on Level 31, and Sute studs are being installed on Level 21.
- Tile is being installed on Level 9, Kitchens on Level 7, Countertops on Level 6.
- Drywall and carpentry work is ongoing through the building.
Deliveries the week of April 29 – May 3:
- 2 rebar (steel) deliveries.
- Concrete deliveries at 2-3 per week, for small concrete pours on Level 49.
- 2 drywall deliveries.
- 1 kitchen delivery.
- 2 window deliveries.
- 1 carpentry deliveries.
- 1 tile delivery.
- 1 countertop delivery.
- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
