Work on Level 49 is now complete.
Saturday Work:
- Once again, work crews will be on site Saturday, May 4, doing a variety of tasks to set up the following week’s work plan.
Current Construction Status
- Concrete work has been completed for Level 49.
- Curtain Wall installation is complete to Level 43.
- Window Wall installation is complete to Level 39.
- Corridor studs complete to Level 31.
- Suite studs complete to Level 20.
- Tile complete to Level 8.
- Kitchens complete to Level 7.
- Countertops complete to Level 6.
This week’s construction outlook, May 6 – May 10:
- Concrete work is underway for the roof level of 49.
- Curtain wall installation on level 44, and window wall installation on 40.
- Corridor studs are being installed on Level 32, and Sute studs are being installed on Level 21.
- Tile is being installed on Level 9, Kitchens on Level 8, Countertops on Level 7.
- Drywall and carpentry work is ongoing through the building.
Deliveries the week of May 6 – 10:
- Elevator component deliveries through the week.
- Note to accommodate these deliveries, the site access area in use on Lombard may have to temporarily be expanded to ensure safe unloading operations, traffic personnel will be on site to assist in the management of this, as may be required.
- Concrete deliveries at 2 per week, for the rough work.
- 2 drywall deliveries.
- 1 kitchen delivery.
- 2 window deliveries.
- 1 carpentry deliveries.
- 1 tile delivery.
- 1 countertop delivery.
- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
