Concrete work on the roof continues this week.
Saturday Work & Holiday Closure:
- Once again, work crews will be on site Saturday, May 18, doing a variety of tasks to set up the following week’s work plan.
- The site will be closed for the Victoria Day holiday on Monday, May 20.
This week’s construction outlook, May 21 – May 24:
- Concrete work continues for the roof level.
- Curtain wall on Level 45.
- Window wall on 42
- Corridor studs on Level 35.
- Suite studs on Level 24.
- Tile on Level 10.
- Kitchens on Level 10.
- Countertops on Level 8.
- Drywall and carpentry work is ongoing throughout the building.
Current Construction Status
- Concrete work has been completed for Level 49.
- Curtain Wall installation is complete to Level 44.
- Window Wall installation is complete to Level 41.
- Corridor studs complete to Level 34.
- Suite studs complete to Level 23.
- Tile complete to Level 9.
- Kitchens complete to Level 9.
- Countertops complete to Level 7.
- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Deliveries the week of May 21 – 24:
- Concrete deliveries at 1 -2 per week, for the roof work.
- 2 drywall deliveries.
- 1 kitchen delivery.
- 2 window deliveries.
- 1 carpentry deliveries.
- 1 tile delivery.
- 1 countertop delivery.
