Concrete work on the roof is ongoing through the coming week.
Saturday Work
- Once again, work crews will be on site Saturday, May 25, doing a variety of tasks to set up the following week’s work plan.
This week’s construction outlook, May 28 – May 31:
- Concrete work continues for the roof level.
- Curtain wall on Level 45.
- Window wall on 43
- Corridor studs on Level 36.
- Suite studs on Level 26.
- Tile on Level 11.
- Kitchens on Level 10.
- Countertops on Level 19.
- Drywall and carpentry work is ongoing throughout the building.
Current Construction Status
- Concrete work has been completed for Level 49 – all levels other than the roof.
- Curtain Wall installation is complete to Level 44.
- Window Wall installation is complete to Level 42.
- Corridor studs complete to Level 35.
- Suite studs complete to Level 24.
- Tile complete to Level 10.
- Kitchens complete to Level 9.
- Countertops complete to Level 8.
- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Deliveries the week of May 28 – 31:

Concrete deliveries at 1 -2 per week, for the roof work.

2 drywall deliveries.

1 kitchen delivery.

1 carpentry deliveries.
