Concrete work on the roof is ongoing through the coming week.
Saturday Work
- Once again, work crews will be on site Saturday, June 1, doing a variety of tasks to set up the following week’s work plan.
This week’s construction outlook, June 3 – 7:
- Concrete work continues for the roof level.
- Curtain wall on Level 46.
- Window wall on 44
- Corridor studs on Level 37.
- Suite studs on Level 27.
- Tile on Level 11.
- Kitchens on Level 11.
- Countertops on Level 10.
- Drywall and carpentry work is ongoing throughout the building.
Current Construction Status
- Concrete work has been completed for Level 49 – all levels other than the roof.
- Curtain Wall installation is complete to Level 45.
- Window Wall installation is complete to Level 43.
- Corridor studs complete to Level 36.
- Suite studs complete to Level 26.
- Tile complete to Level 10.
- Kitchens complete to Level 10.
- Countertops complete to Level 9.
- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Deliveries the week of June 3 – 7:
