Work on the roof level continues through coming week.
Saturday Work
- Once again, work crews will be on site Saturday, June 8, doing a variety of tasks to set up the following week’s work plan.
This week’s construction outlook, June 10 – June 14:

- Concrete work continues for the roof level.
- Curtain wall on Level 47.
- Window wall on 46
- Corridor studs on Level 38.
- Suite studs on Level 29.
- Tile on Level 12.
- Kitchens on Level 12.
- Countertops on Level 11.
- Drywall and carpentry work is ongoing throughout the building.

Deliveries the week of June 10 – 14:

Concrete deliveries 2 this week, for the roof work.

2 drywall deliveries.

1 kitchen delivery.

2 window deliveries.

1 carpentry delivery.

1 tile delivery.

1 countertop delivery.
Current Construction Status
- Concrete work has been completed for Level 49 – all levels other than the roof.
- Curtain Wall installation is complete to Level 46.
- Window Wall installation is complete to Level 45.
- Corridor studs complete to Level 37.
- Suite studs complete to Level 28.
- Tile complete to Level 11.
- Kitchens complete to Level 11.
- Countertops complete to Level 10.
- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
