Through the coming week roof level work will continue at the Saint.
Saturday Work
- Once again, work crews will be on site Saturday, July 27, doing a variety of tasks to set up the following week’s work plan.
This week’s construction outlook,
July 29 – August 2:

Roof concrete work ongoing.

Curtain wall on level 49.

Window wall on level 47.

Suite studs on 31.

Tile on Level 18.

Kitchens on Level 17.

Countertops on Level 15.

Drywall and carpentry ongoing.
Deliveries the week of July 29 – August 2:
-
Concrete delivery, 1 this week to support the roof work.

2 drywall deliveries for this week.

1 kitchen delivery.

1 window delivery.

1 carpentry delivery.

1 tile delivery.

1 countertop delivery.

- There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Looking Ahead
- The crane is expected to be dismantled and removed in September.
- Work on the ground level landscaping is expected to get underway in the autumn, with some work possibly beginning as soon as September.
- Move-ins to the Saint are expected to begin at the end of the year.
- The Hoist (external construction elevators) is expected to remain in place through 2024.
- Our next construction liaison meeting will be held on September 26, 2024.
Upcoming Construction Liaison Meetings
At yesterday’s (Thursday, July 25) construction liaison meeting it was decided to not hold a meeting August. If the need arises to hold a meeting then this may be revised, with due notice.
