Construction Liaison Meeting this Thursday … Construction Highlights for this week:

Roof work & Landscaping work are ongoing at the Saint. 

    Construction Liaison Meeting this week:

    The next regularly scheduled meeting is set for Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM

    • The Zoom Link for the meeting will be sent to those on our list, two days prior to the meeting.

    This week’s construction outlook,
    September 23 – 27:

        • Landscaping work continues along the Church Street frontage.
        • At the ‘Top of house’ (roof) work will continue through the coming week.
        • The Building Maintenance Unit is being installed. 
        • Derrick prep work will begin this week
        • Suite Studs are active on Level 39.
        • Tile is active on Level 25.
        • Kitchens are active on Level 23.
        • Countertops on Level 21.
        • Drywall and carpentry ongoing.
        • Rogers work to connect the site is underway and expeccted to continue into early October. 

      Saturday Work  

        • Once again, work crews will be on site Saturday, September 28, doing a variety of tasks to set up the following week’s work plan. 

        Deliveries the week of September 23 – 27:

         

          • Concrete delivery: Possibly 1 this week to support the roof work. 
          • We expect up to 2 drywall deliveries for this week.
          • We expect 1 kitchen delivery.
          • We expect 1 window delivery.
          • We expect 1 carpentry delivery.
          • We expect 1 tile delivery.
          • We expect 1 countertop delivery.
          • There may also be 1 appliance delivery.

        There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.

        Looking Ahead

        • The crane is expected to be dismantled and removed by the end of September. 
        • Move-ins to the Saint are expected to begin at the end of the year. 
        • The Hoist (external construction elevators) is expected to remain in place through 2024. 
        • Landscaping work on Lombard will follow work that is now underway on Church Street. Note that the landscaping work  does not include the area around the Hoist (external construction elevators), as it continues to operate. 
        • Our Ocotber construction liaison meeting will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 4 pm via ZOOM.
