Next weekend the Crane Will Be Taken Down, November 9 – 10.
- The crane is set to be taken down from Saturday November 9, at 7:00 am,through Sunday November 10, at 3:00 pm.

This week’s construction outlook November 4 – 8:

Roof work ongoing.
- Large derrick install is in progress.
- Top of house (roof) curtain wall frames and BMU ongoing.

- Landscape work to finish by end of next week.
- Suite studs on Level 45, Tile on Level 29, Kitchens on Level 27, Countertops on Level 25
- Drywall and carpentry ongoing

- Concrete deliveries 1 per week, small pours
- 2 drywall
- 1 kitchen
- 1 window
- 1 carpentry
- 1 tile
- 1 countertop
- 1 appliance

There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Looking Ahead
- Move-ins to the Saint are expected to begin at the end of the year.
- The Hoist (external construction elevators) is expected to remain in place through 2024 and into January, 2025.
- Landscaping work on Lombard will follow work that is now underway on Church Street. Note that the landscaping work does not include the area around the Hoist (external construction elevators), as it continues to operate.
- Our November construction liaison meeting will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 3 pm via ZOOM.
