Construction Information
The crane will be removed beginning Saturday November 9, at 7:00 am and completed by Sunday November 10, at 3:00 pm. Lombard will be closed during the entire period between Jarvis and Church. Local residents will have access to their buildings, however there may be some delays and Minto kindly requests residents’ patience and cooperation.

Dear St. Lawrence Community,
On behalf of Minto (89 Church) LP, we are reminding adjacent residents and property owners that the tower crane takedown for The Saint will commence this Saturday, November 9 at 89 Church Street, with a temporary Road Closure (above) occurring on Lombard Street, from Church Street to Jarvis Street.
Work is scheduled to commence on Saturday November 9 at 7:00 am and be completed by Sunday November 10 at 3:00 pm.
For the duration of the works, Lombard Street will be closed, per the image (above).
Local residents on Lombard, between Church and Jarvis, will be able to access their parking garages; however, please expect wait time to ensure safety of the public. Emergency vehicles will also have access if and when necessary.
Please note that Minto staff, traffic control and Paid Duty Officers will be on site during the crane removal process.
