This weekend the Crane Will Be Taken Down, November 9 – 10.
- The crane is set to be taken down from Saturday November 9, at 7:00 am,through Sunday November 10, at 3:00 pm.

- The image below illustrates the Lombard Street Closure that will be required to safely take the crane down on November 9 & 10.
- Local residents will be able acceess their buildings, though there may unfortuantely be some necessary delays.
- Emergency Vehicles will have access as may be required.
This week’s construction outlook November 11 – 15:

Roof work ongoing.
- Top of house (roof) curtain wall frames, and Building Maintenance Unit installation work ongoing through the week.
- Large and Small Derrick Installation.
- Landscape Work is expected to be complted by the end of the week.
- Suite studs on Level 46, Tile on Level 30, Kitchens on Level 28, Countertops on Level 26
- Drywall and carpentry ongoing throughout the building.
Deliveries the week of November 11 – 15:
- Concrete deliveries 1 per week, small pours
- 2 drywall
- 1 kitchen
- 1 window
- 1 carpentry
- 1 tile
- 1 countertop
- 1 appliance

There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Looking Ahead
- Move-ins to the Saint are expected to begin at the end of the year.
- The Hoist (external construction elevators) is expected to remain in place through 2024 and into January, 2025.
- Our November construction liaison meeting will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 3 pm via ZOOM.
