Saturday Work
- There will be crews on site this Saturday November 16 doing a variety of prepartaion work for next week.
- We also expect that there will be crews on site the following Saturday, November 23.

Roof work ongoing:
- Top of house (roof) curtain wall frames, and Building Maintenance Unit installation work ongoing through the week.
- Small Derrick Installation.
- Streetscape Work is substantially complete.

Interior work ongoing:
- Suite studs on Level 46,
- Tile on Level 30,
- Kitchens on Level 29,
- Countertops on Level 27
- Drywall and carpentry ongoing throughout the building.
Deliveries the week of November 18 – 22:
- Concrete deliveries 1 per week, small pours
- 2 drywall
- 1 kitchen
- 1 window
- 1 carpentry
- 1 tile
- 1 countertop
- 1 appliance

There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Looking Ahead
- Move-ins to the Saint are expected to begin at the end of the year.
- The Hoist (external construction elevators) is expected to remain in place through 2024 and into January, 2025.
- Our November construction liaison meeting will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 3 pm via ZOOM.
