- Small & mini derricks were in the process of being removed on Friday, November 29.
- The first set of unit inspections are underway.
- Streetscape work is substantially complete.
- There will be crews on site Saturday, November 30.

Roof work ongoing:
- Top of house (roof) curtain wall frames, and Building Maintenance Unit installation work ongoing through the week.

Interior work ongoing:
- Suite studs on Level 47,
- Tile on Level 31,
- Kitchens on Level 20,
- Countertops on Level 28
- Drywall and carpentry ongoing throughout the building.

There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Looking Ahead
- Move-ins to the Saint are set to begin in December.
- The Hoist (external construction elevators) is expected to remain in place through 2024 and into early January, 2025.
- Tree planting will occur in the new year when the weather is warm enough.
