- Small & mini derricks have been removed
- The first set of unit inspections are underway.
- Streetscape work is substantially complete.
- There will be crews on site Saturday, December 7.

Minor Roof work ongoing:
- Top of house (roof) curtain wall frames and related work through the week.

Interior work ongoing:
- Suite studs on Level 46,
- Tile on Level 30,
- Kitchens on Level 29,
- Countertops on Level 27
- Drywall and carpentry ongoing throughout the building.

There will be (3) Traffic Management staff and one (1) Paid Duty Police Officer will be on site to manage traffic flows this coming week.
Looking Ahead
- Move-ins to the Saint are set to begin in December.
- The Hoist (external construction elevators) is expected to remain in place through 2024 and into early January, 2025.
- Tree planting will occur in the new year when the weather is warm enough.
